This policy describes what data InsiderSignals ("the App") collects and how it is used.
Device Identifier (Push Notifications) — When you grant notification permission, the App collects your device's push notification token (APNS token). This token is sent to our server solely to deliver push notifications about insider and congressional stock buying activity. The token is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties.
Purchase History — The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework to manage your subscription. Apple processes all transactions; the App only checks your subscription status locally to enable or disable features. No purchase data is sent to our servers.
The App displays financial data sourced from a third-party financial data provider. This data is fetched through our proxy server. No personal information is sent with these requests.
Your APNS device token is retained on our server only as long as it remains valid. If you uninstall the App or revoke notification permission, the token becomes inactive and is no longer used.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
